BeReel does not collect or process any personal data from end‑users. When you submit a public Instagram or TikTok reel URL our server:

• Requests the publicly available oEmbed HTML and thumbnail.
• Stores the thumbnail in secure cloud storage for up to 24 hours
• Automatically deletes both the thumbnail file and its database record after that period.

Web‑server logs (IP address and timestamp) are retained for abuse‑prevention purposes for seven (7) days and then purged.

User‑Data Deletion

Because all media files and related records are erased within 24 hours by design, no further action is normally required. If you believe data persists longer—or you need it removed sooner—email srieehari.muthu@gmail.com with the reel URL in question and we will complete deletion within 72 hours.
